The king, on learning this, at once appointed the brothers Comanus and Ptolemy his envoys, and dispatched them to <a class="linkToPlace" target="_blank" href="/place?placename=Rome&groupId=935&placeId=1669">Rome</a> together with Gnaeus to inform the senate of his brother\'s selfish greed and contempt for their orders.
At the same time the elder Ptolemy dismissed Torquatus without his having achieved anything.
