It is a supplement to Heinz Schreckenberg's Bibliographie zu Flavius Josephus (Leiden 1968), which attempted to present a complete bibliography for the years 1470-1965, and its supplement (Leiden 1979), which attempted to be complete through 1975 while filling in lacunae from the base volume".
"This supplement to H. Schreckenberg's Bibliographie zu Flavius Josephus [NTA 14, pp. 258-259] and its supplement [NTA 24, p. 322] contains about 3,500 entries of which approximately 900 cover the period from 1976 through 1984 and approximately 1,800 were missed by Schreckenberg. The entries appear in alphabetical order according to the authors' names, along with a number indicating in which of twenty-six categories they belong. Many contain summaries and indications of their scholarly significance. Also included are an index to citations of Josephus' writings, further corrigenda to Schreckenberg's Bibliographie, an index of citations of Josephus' writings in Schreckenberg's supplement, an index of Greek word ins Schreckenberg's supplement, and a list of corrigenda to Feldman's Josephus and Modern Scholarship [NTA 28, pp. 328-329].
